Kool Tat.... but were you drunk whenk you got it ? Can I ask how old you are and is this your first Tattoo ???

Just curious as most everyone at a young age who get's Tats always regret the first one they get as they get older.

No I wasn't drunk. This is my first tattoo and I am 21. I myself do not believe that I will regret it. Maybe one day.
