I have had many beautiful fish including a green terror,a red devil, convicts, oscars, and others that I never knew their names.(My favorite was my Green Terror) but i would like some help finding some more colorful ones.

check out salvinis and different types of Veijas. there is a lot of color in them:)

I'll have to go along with them.

Salvinis have excellent colors.
Jack Dempseys - the males especially
Tiger Motaguense are very attractive - the females especially
Green Texas are colorful
Peacock Bass can be increadibly colorful

Obviously you'll have to choose wisely in case you are mixing the fish with anything else and consider tank sizes. (i'm sure you know that already)

thanks for the input. i don't know if i've ever seen a Salvinis but i will do some reserch. I plan on just one or two in a 55 gal.

A bit on the small side but the blueram is a very colorful fish.
