wow that's ridiculous, the only way those pacu gonna swim is up or down.... this is an example of not doing research...tsk tsk tsk
 
Even if you know nothing about fish, anyone can see that something isnt right. I cant believe some people can look at a tank like that and think thats ok. They never put themselves in the fishes place. It doesnt matter to them if the fish cant move and dies.
 
That's an example of a person who should be keeping sock puppets instead of fish.
