I set up this tank about 3 months ago when upgrading from a 60gal - 250l which has now become a turtle tank. It uses a 80gal - 350L sump with a 36w UV for filtration.
Stock.
silver shark
Flag Tail
2 X Pelcos
Black ghost knife
Saratoga Jar
2 X Clown Loaches
2 X Earth eaters
2 X Angel fish

The Fluval is running on my 250l turtle tank which you can just see the corner of

I'm still having issues with floating particles disturbed by the earth eaters which you can see in this pic. The filter foam and floss in the sump catches everything but the turnover is not enough to pull everything out of the tank quick enough and the the pads get clogged within a week or two.
I'm thinking about adding an additional pump in the refume section of the sump before the mechanical filtration and pushing the water through some whole of house filter housings like this http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250609371552&

It should boost water turnover, mechanical filtration and should also extend the service intervals on the mechanical media in the sump.
