I was kinda wondering about this whole snakehead thing, yes i know they are banned dont start with me. but i was wondering how far have they traveled? I live in toledo ohio, but work wayyyy up in port huron MI. and was wondering if i could catch on in lake MI. i think im going to go fishing up here some days, i hear they are a great fight.

secondly, how much damage have they really caused. do you think they will ever unban them?

just curious please share

dont think they have cost as much damage as they say they have

that map isnt up to date, that had them in IN. the Shedd's Aquarium had a snakehead there and the info said it was caught right there in downtown off the bridge as well as maryland as them. so need another map lol. i wonder if they are in northern ohio yet i really wanna fish for em. they are my fav fish as well.

Here's the USGS map of confirmed snakehead (Channa argus) occurrences.
do you know were in cali?

Port Huron is off of Lake Huron;)... anyway... I haven't ever caught one around these parts and never heard of anyone else doing it either.

There's only so much info I'll provide. Any more may be construed as aiding and abetting. You'll have to do your own research.
