black aro issue

i am stummped...i think i know the cause, but everything i have tried isn't working...

5-6" black aro...has stomach swelling...it got it after getting beatten by my silver aro of the same size...now at the same time i as the beatting i (agesnt my inner voice) added a general anti bactirial med made by API...to help protect it while it healed...i did this cause there was exposed meat on the tail...after added the last packet i noticed that it had expired in nov of 2009...then in the next few days even after a wc my blacks stomach started to expand...

i didn't notice it cause i increased food intake to help it regrow faster and not lose any nutriants...it is in the same tank as my silver only seperated by a divider...i have been doing 2 day 75% wcs to make sure the water is extra clean...i am thinking of uping it to daily though...i had salt in just after the first wc after the meds, but i only did that for the first few days...i don't want to add more salt as i think that will stop any osmosis that it may help the process...

any ideas?

is there an aro x-lacks? as it might be plugged as it still eats without problem i just never see it poop...

my young silver that is is in the same tank and has gone through the same treatment is normal with no sighns of illness...the black continues to regrow its tail like nothing is happening

no ideas?

seriously no one knows anything about this?...i (do to lack of more ideas and all the input from here) have added prazi pro just cause i have it and it is the only thing i have not tried that i have...idk if it will work as it is more of a parasite med, but i geuss i wont lose anything by tring it...

ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?

i feed it (witch is the same diet as my silver in with it)...

hikari food sticks
hikari freeze dried blood worms
new life spectrum pellets
tring to get it to eat 'jungle's Anti-bacteria medicated fish food' with no luck...

i have also check the dates on all the foods and none are even close to expiring...

yes its tail is up and head down except for whe it feeds it will skim like normal...

yesterday was the only time it has eatten anything other then what is listed and it ate 2 mothes(i don't think that is spelled right)...

only after adding the prazi pro has the swelling gone down...idk if the prazi has had anything to do with it cause it has been like this for a few weeks...

there is a long list of banned people that could be of help to me, but there are several that could help and are just not seen...

at first it was eatting only fd blood worms so i switched it to the food sticks only...nothing changed...so i today just started the fd blood worms again as it didn't change anything...the new life spectrum are once and a while as it sinks and i have nothing with them that will eat it...
