Pbass eating pellets

Hey. I know it is possible to get them to eat pelletes but Mine wont touch em. Does any1 have any tips for getting him to eat pellets?

Try starving them for a couple of days and then feeding pellets.

or....

Do your bass hit hard at the surface when they feed? If not get them to this point and then before they know what there eating they'ved swallowed pellets!

ok ill give it a try. Any1 else got sum tips?? Oh and i cant starve them cuz my mom will feed them while im asleep or gone

You will have no chance unless you starve them bro...

i just have the one. He is about 8-9 inchs. Ill try to and tell my mom not to feed em. She feels "bad" for them. Think he will go after my Bichirs if i starve him?

if the bichir's head can fit in the mouth it will try to eat it.

dang. Ill just keep feeding him frozen. Wat would u sugest as a cheap frozen food to feed him?? He will eat anything that hits tank other then pellets

that is incorrect. Never starv cichla


Trainning for pellets is the same as trainning for any other food item.

edit- also, IME feeding pellets will bring poorer color. Feeding whole fish or live is best.
