Rays wont eat..

Guys i need help.. my rays wont eat.. On rather .. the chew on the food and den spit them out.. they dun seem to have any interest in blackworms.. i tried blackworms , bloodworms , pellets , shrimps.. nothing seems to be working.. water parameters are great.. 0 ammonia 0 nitirtes 5ppm nitrates.. water ph at 7.2.. temp is 27 celcius..
They are a pair of motoro rays..

try some Canadian nightcrawlers. make sure you cut them up so they can eat them. my ray ate bloodworms untill i feed it live foods. he wont touch frozen food at all.

my ray goes crazyyyyy for nightcrawlers..yours might too
 
Oh boy.. thats a tough one.. night crawlers are hard to come by here in singapore.. haha.. will try to get some.. someway somehow..:nilly:
 
I have never had a ray refuse black worms usually that is like crack for a ray! I have heard some people treat their rays with Prazipro to get rid of any internal parasites and that in turn stimulates them to start eating. Best of luck to you and your rays,

Thx man.. had a little bit of luck.. they seem to be chewing on the shell-ed shrimp.. :)

And might try feeding them with the lights off, I know it makes it harder to tell if they are eating but it may make them more comfortable to eat. Just a thought. I also keep my tank at 82 degrees or 28.5C. Not sure what yours is sitting at.
