stingray waste

Hi Chaps and Chappettes,
i recently moved back into keeping rays and my new leopoldi is stettling in well hower it would appear there may be something up with his bowels.
i came home last night from a trip to find loads of white stringy matterial on plants and on the inlet to the filter. Any other rays ive kept have had more solid or congealed stools.
Is this something i should worry about given that hes fairly active and eating OK?

salmon fillet and prawn at the mo...hes probably had some bloodworm at some point that was meant for the Geophagus.
Whats a prazi treatment?
 
How weird... when I feed MS/Prawns the waste comes out orange... like cooked shrimp....

Orangy white, pretty much in that colour range. Only thing Im worried about is taht its coming off runny. No matter what I feed, everything comes out solid. Usually when its runny, theres a problem.
 
Rays and sharks don't secret ammonia like fish, they poop out urea which is more processed like ours : )
