Hey guys looking at getting some pvc pipes for my pirhanas tomorrow, if i out some clear silicone to the pipes and then take some rocks and put rocks on the silicone, with the silicone harm the fish or will the silicone decay in the water and wreck the whole thing, or what do you guys recommend? jsutn eed a big enough one for p's

silicone is what they use to construct aquariums. You'll be good.

That will work. It's 100% silicone with no toxins or additives.
I've never used it to hold in place rocks though. So as far as sticking or adhesive ability, I'm not sure, but I'm leaning towards the "it'll be fine" side.
