Just thought I'd give my two cents for the diyers..
I use regular polyester resin, you can get it anywhere, and pour it into the corners of the tank. Its real easy to mix the hardner. I only make 1-2 ounces at a time and create virtually no waste. I lean the tank in a 45 degree angle for whatever corner I'm doing and pour the resin along the corner. It creates a stronger bond and seals all in one. Plus you can give it a quick sanding and paint epoxy directly over it. Works everytime. Heres a couple of pics..

Nice job. Seams look really strong.

Thanks. It definitely takes the scare out the corners. I'd take that corner over any siliconed corner..

It does make for a nice clean corner to epoxy or apply liquid rubber over. Nice job!

Thanks. I've been reading your thread and I just showed my wife...lets just say I got the approval to build a monster tank in our very open great room. Hopefully I'll start that soon..

Heres a few more pics..I'm taking my time with it even though I need the tank done now. I'll keep updating pics as I go..
