Flowerhorn with redish poop hanging

I have a Flowerhorn in my 135 gallon tank that has not been eating and for about a week now has a redish growth hanging out of it's anal hole. I will try and get a photo tonight any suggestions?
 
Sounds like a prolapsed rectum, add epsom salt to your tank water to reduce tissue swelling.

I don't have a hospital tank how will the salt effect the other fish?
 
No, the other fish will be fine. It's not really salt, epsom salt = magnesium sulphate.
