My DIY stand for 150 gallon tank

So, I moved to Taiwan a couple years back. I have very limited tools, and a room about the size of a 2 car garage. Here is the tank that needs a stand. It's currently sitting on the floor, with floor mats underneath. The stand measures 5 ' x 2' x 2'.

I took the plywood and put it on the top shelf, where the fish tank will be sitting, and checked to see if it was level. This is the same reading that I get when I put it on the floor. I live on the seventh floor, and it's off a bit here. So, the stand is completely level.

And the paint. I put on another piece of plywood on top also. More pics to come. I made it tall because I'm going to fit two more tanks on the bottom. There will be a 15 gallon and a 40 gallon tank underneath.
