i feed mostly live food, but do freeze dried krill. he steals the tinfoil's bloodworms and flake food sometimes. he is about 14-15" long right now and is in a 75 gallon tank. a great fish to have. he even lets me pet him (not that that will last long, less than a year from now my hand will probably look like food! lol)

i cant wait till i graduate and can build a monster tank for him, be sure to know that when that project starts ill be on here every day asking questions.

im not sure on the age but i when i got him in febuary he was about 4-5" but did have adult coloration.
 
i love cks and im getting one in the next few days. i have a big slate "house"built for him with surrounding plants because i've seen an 18" one nab a 4" feeder right from his hiding spot so i no it will be cool to watch. i'll put a vid of my new one on youtube. any tips on these beastly yet beautiful fish?
