CARBON : Who use them ?

I do use a carbon filter on my drip system to remove chlorine. I dont have it in any filters though.
 
I just don't because when you change it, the tank goes through a mini-cycle. I use purigen though.
 
I do just to get rid of the tannis in my tanks... It gets changed once a year! :)
 
I use them...I don't really have a rason why. I think I've just been using it for so long that I put it in my filter automatically.

It gets exhausted in 2 weeks, leaving it in that long is pointless.
 
I don't use carbon in any of my tanks.
 
Still don't have tannis in my tanks...? :)
