Anyone use a sump pump container for a moving bead?

I found a sump pump container and it looks to be a perfect bio reactor container. Even has a cool lid and flat surfaces to install bulkheads for inlets and outlets

Anyone else use this? Im surprised no one thought of this before

looks good but what's gonna stop your media from building up on the strainer? How many gallons is that container?
 
I am making a large one out of a stock tank. I am using K1 media. What kind of media do you plan to use?
