i have little yellow bugs in my tank

i have little yellow bugs in my tank . i can see them with the naked eye when i drain water out . they about the size ofa pin head or smaller they have 6-8 legs and they walk on the glass that is not under water.. they live in and out of water but they only on the tank on rim uder tops do any body know what they are sorry no pics need a good camera:(
 
can you give a better description? And where are you..

There are millions of little yellow bugs throughout the world :) Narrowing down to your single sp. little yellow bugs without an EXCELLENT description and without a picture is going to get no results i'm afraid :(
