PAYMENT:
We accept money order and Paypal. Money order must be from USPS or Western Union for faster processing time. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the money order to clear (Only applicable to USPS and Western Union Money Order). If payment is sent through Paypal please add 3% on the total amount due. We will only deliver to CONFIRMED ADDRESS, if you do not have a confirmed address please contact Paypal to have it rectified. If you sent us payment and you have an unconfirmed address, the money will be refunded and will not be honored.

SHIPPING:
We are currently shipping fish through DHL, FEDEX, USPS, Delta Airlines and Southwest Airlines (Airport to Airport). For large fish and quantity order we would suggest using Delta Airlines or Southwest Airlines. Please provide us with the airport destination to check for available flights. We will only ship using the Delta Dash on Delta Airlines and NFG (Next Flight Guaranteed) on Southwest Airlines to ensure prompt and on time delivery of the package. On DHL, FedEx and USPS, you will need to contact us and provide us with your zip code. You will need to pay for shipping cost before we ship the fish. We will insure all fish shipped out for your protection when the package is lost or stolen.
For Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories beyond the 48 State please be aware that your individual state may require import documentations, customs clearances, and other documents. We will not be responsible for any problem encountered during the recover of the package. Please make sure to contact your local authorities before ordering.
REQUEST:
We accept advance order on hard to find and specific fish. You will need to provide us with the scientific name, common name, size and quantity. If we are able to find the specific fish at the right size we will inform you with an estimated value of the fish. Please take note that the estimated value can change, but will not go more than 30% of the original estimated value. To process the advance purchase upon confirmation of availability we require a 50% goodwill down payment (Please refer to payment instructions). The 50% goodwill down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. The goodwill down payment will be deducted to the total price upon arrival of the fish. Balance must be paid before we ship the fish to you. You will have 3 business days to make the full payment. If you decide not to purchase the fish, we will not refund you the goodwill down payment. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days upon arrival of the special order, we will presume you have abandoned your right to purchase the fish you requested. We have the right to sell the fish other interested buyers if the conditions are not met.
RESTRICTED SPECIES:
We will not be responsible for penalty incurred due to restricted species. It is up to the buyer to check, and confirm that the specie(s) are legally allowed in the specific state. Any legal ramification will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will ship the fish in good faith knowing you have checked, and confirmed the legality of the specie(s) you ordered.
GUARANTEED LIVE ARRIVAL:
We will only give guaranteed live arrival for same day airport to airport delivery and overnight express services of DHL, FedEx and USPS. On DHL, FedEx and USPS you must be present on the first attempt by the driver of the courier. With Airport to airport, you must claim your package within 1 hour upon arrival of your package. We will not be responsible for any loss, stolen or delay on the part of the courier. We do not have any control on the courier's ability to delivery. We always insure the package, if the package is lost or stolen we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
DOA REPORT:
First, we require a clear photograph of the dead fish that is still inside the shipping bag. Second, you must cut the fish in half, either vertically or horizontally. Third, you will need to send this picture within 2 hours upon receiving the package. Receipt time will be based upon couriers recorded time of delivery/claim. In some cases we will require the fish to be shipped back. Please securely bag the fish and place it inside your freezer for further instructions. You will have the option to replace the dead fish with the same, alike or equivalent or greater value of your choice (based on the current stock available, you will need to pay for any difference that is incurred). You can also receive a credit statement for future purchase or receive a refund on the value of the fish.
REFUND:
Refund will only be issued if the terms and condition are fully met. We will refund the cost of fish only. We do not refund shipping cost. If payment was done through Paypal you will receive the refund within 3 business days. If you paid through money order you will receive your refund within 7-10 business days through mail.
