My lucius is really pale. His shoulder spot and black lateral line is very light. Is this normal? :confused:
 
From what I have seen, they only show the really dark marks when they are stressed.
 
yup, how big is the pike. They will color up when they start maturing and feeling comfortable.
 
He/She is 2-3"
 
oh yeah, give he/she some time. They will definitely come out of that shell. You will see it color up at around 4-5 inches.
