I love the title.... the eel didn't mistake anything.... to an eel, the thumb IS food. Idiot needs to have more than a thumb taken off.

Yup.. no mistake on the Eels part...

Was a pretty dumb move on his part, teaching the eel to associate his hand with food, then being a bit too slow getting the food into it :screwy:

Whats he going to try next, hand feeding wild tigers or something?
 
a) it was stupid in the first place and b) the food he was giving the moray did look an offle lot like a fingers and im sure that doesn't help
