I bought a pair of these puffers and im housing them with my african cichlids. I am unable to identify what type they are and what to feed them

So I'm going to be leaving out of town for 9 days and am wondering what I'm going to do with my pea puffers. Can they go 9 days without food? I don't want them to starve! Should I just get a bunch of snails and throw them in their tank? Will they eat them sparingly? Any other ideas?
