Advice on Coralife t5 lighting

So, I bought a Standard T5 lighting fixture from Coralife. Dumb question, but will the HO T5 bulbs work? Or will any other brand of T5 bulbs fit the fixture? It is hard to find these T5 bulbs except at the one place I bought the fixtures from.

With a T5NO fixture which is a standard T5 normal output any bulbs you use in it will be normal output, because of the ballast used only puts out normal output current and not enough current to fully power a T5HO high output bulb.

You can use T5HO bulbs in it, but the fixture only runs at normal output levels.

All right, I was just worried about destroying a new fixture by putting HO bulbs in it.
Since it is all right to, I can get new bulbs without having to order them online.
