That would heavily depend upon how one goes about the drop. There are some janky ways to drop that can make a vehicle unsafe. Otherwise nothing wrong with a daily aside from a little extra maneuvering around and over things.

I have seen hacked up slammed trucks and beautiful show cars and trucks.
Worst thing I seen was a guy c- notch a frame in a s10 to drop the rockers on the ground. He didn't bother boxing the frame after cutting it out. the box was the only thing holding the frame toget her in the end. You could drop the tail gate and twist the frame 2 inches leaning on the box side

I can drive my bagged truck across the country and back. It all depends on how it is designed and built. And don't forget if you live in cold climates. And have adjustable air suspension, you need to run air dryers on your compressors and drain moisture from the tanks frequently.
