Can anyone tell me about this skimmer

Hello everyone I don't make it to the salt water side of this form very often but today I would like to ask for some help figuring out what skimmer I have here. I bought it as a package deal along with some dry rock.
All I kow for sure is it is a reef octopus with a 3300lph pump

Looks like a good unit... Reef octopus isnt my personal brand of choice but it being a recirculator is def. a plus. Id say its probably rated for 90-120 gal...could run up to a 150 or larger with it no prob depending on stock. You power it with another supply pump into the top plumbing there... maybe 100gph supply. U want it kinda slow so it skims more. The water level/skim will be controlled by both the supply pump and the outflow pipe so id put a ball valve on ur supply pump. What size tank u runnin it on? fish/corals?

It came with the 600 gallon tank I bought. I am trying to figure out what it is worth to sell it.
It was running on the 600g system at some point

10/4 ... kinda what i was gettin at lol...if u were usin it or askin for a price value to resell it. Id google the model just to be sure but id say its atleast worth $100-200. I bought a similiar sized diff brand for $350 used... sold it for $250.

I tried google and even tried getting ahold of reef octopus but they never answered me. It is from there custom line is all I know for sure a buddy of mine told me that.

Ill look into it. Post on here tomorrow. Looks like a good skimmer i dold skimmers for quite a bit and Justin consider he sold for 250 us dollars so around 300 canadian. Ill find the model

So its a reef octopus DNW-200 or rps-3000 recirculating skimmer. Sane skimmer just the DNW is made back in o6 as the rps is still made. Same skimmer different naming. Worth 650 new in canada, suppose to be a great skimmer. Sell it for 300-400 and then sell the live rock for 100-200. People like package deals so 450 for both or something. But ill give you $20 for it...says every pawn shop in history
