      And how do we get the best colours of them?

      I read that foods does not affect the nuchal humps growth.

      Please guide.

      just do your best to make it comfortable and happy.
      big tank, clean water the right temp and a quality diet help too :thumbsup:

      mirror... they think they see another FH so they have to grow more "tough" and "manly" so the KOK gets bigger

      lots of water changes, good food, and a mirror helps.

      Other than that, its just genetics. Yours is either a stunner or not so much

      a fh will get a bigg kok by genes....if ur fh has the gene for a big kok than itll get it...other than that u could feed it a wide variety of foods or try some chingmix
