Personally I never raise heat of the water when using meds. So start with salt & high temps, then leave it at that. Ich can only be killed when in a certain life stage (tomite) and the entire course of treatment can take anywhere from 10-30 days, depending on various factors, including tank temps. The problem with high tank water temps, is 02 levels become depleted, adding meds to the equation just makes things worse. For now just focus on the ich outbreak, keep your substrate clean, and wait things out. Your fish are under enough stress at the moment without bombarding them with various treatments all at the same time.
Once they have all recovered from the ich, completely, 100%, not just what you can see with the naked eye, then you can revisit the pop eye conditions. If the pop eye condition gets worse, in the fish in qt, or the main tank, then you have to consider taking further steps, such as treating with Kanamycin. With your pH values Seachem Kanaplex would be a perfect choice.
Also, please see davos comments about pop eye in this past discussion, that pretty much covers it all.
