I can't help but to laugh when I see someone being dragged along by their way-to-excited dog. Especially if the dog is almost the same size as the person.

Walking down the street with my uncles brother, when he has his burmese python on his shoulders.
He takes it out sometimes and in souh africa (not trying to be racist) the black population is generally TERRIFIED fo snakes so seeing them cross the road from 100M away aftrr they see us with this huge snake or running into a shop can be priceless for him, but it isnt that funny really for me and he also got fined because he didnt have a transport license for his snake...
