Well that Wild I bought I have had now for 4 weeks today. She has not eaten. I think she will be dead this weekend unfortunately. Two days ago she got this white patch that I think is some kind of hemorrhage ? What do you guys think it is? She is skin and bones and she is gasping hard and freaking out.

Fungal or bacterial infection? They tend to get prone to these with stress and obviously without nutrition. Sorry Mike, you can try to treat but in my eyes this is a lost cause.

I know she's probably a gonner but just curious as to what the white is? It spread very fast with in last three days. Trying to gain as much knowledge as I can from this experience.
Ya I'm done 4 weeks tomorrow nothing else I can do. Sucks seeing her like this. Should I put her down?

A shame, but I'm sure in the four weeks you've had the ray you've learnt and experienced a lot which will give you knowledge for the next one.
Are you able to source any captive bred stock?

That truly blows. Your marble is quite the stunner though. I hope he doesn't come down with anything.

Gutted man, I hate the helpless feeling of it all. I think you should use your discretion on whether it's the humane choice.

I don't know about putting it down. If you can treat the infection which is what I believe it might be maybe it turns around? Highly doubt it, but if you put it down you will not know. Can you end this things life? Would break my heart man, one day you will find it flipped over on its back twitching, at that point put it out of its misery.

I've been through this. It's hard to deal with. I lost a nice little Ray. But I know I did everything I could to save him. He taught me a lot. But it didn't make the loss any easer. I hope your Ray makes a turn around. But its not looking good.
