Sorry to hear about your old one, but good news on getting a new one!

Do you have battery back up on your filters etc?

Quite worrying hearing people losing fish to cut power, considering the battery option myself in case of emergency.

No mate no backup , its definitely worth considering though I do not want that to happen ever again , its bad enough loosing a fish to jumping out , disease or fish battles , but a power cut that's just wrong :(:mad:
I'm moving out of my rented house soon and looking to buy a place , once I do that and get setup backups will be looked at
