Have a few filter options on my new 320 FX5s or sump

I just ran a piece of 3/4 PVC through the wall to the outside of the house, put a garden hose on the end of it, and ran the garden house to a gutter drain I have in the backyard. Sometimes I'll put it in a flower bed, or water peach trees. Wherever I wanna leave the end of the hose.

Things are a bit different weather wise up here unfortunately and for some reason my wife doesn't want piping and hoses across the ceiling and floor on a permanent basis. Go figure

well I found a used 55 gallon tank converted to a sump at my local LFS for $100 so im going with that and 1 FX5. What kind of drip system so I look into

All I have to do to add a drip system is build another room (or two) onto the house. I have started saving up

Why you just find a location you can feed your water from and run it the carbon and 100 micron filter

im on a well so I have no water bill

I am on well water to this is all my drip consist of with a valve up top to control my gph of flow.
Mine comes off an old shower in the basement so I run hot/cold drip

They have all become sumps by this point lol.
One one is my old 50 gallon sump which I'm going to get up and running so I can swap it out for my 125 sump and redesign it

I have a 120 gal tank as a sump on my 240 aquarium .. look on craigslist for used tanks. id go as large as you have space for ..

yeah, you gotta maxout your sump capacity. my 480gal has three sumps: 110, 70, 40gal.
