how do you feed your RTC's with shrimp? With shell or deshelled?

Little cats..........No shell. Anything over 8" get the whole shrimp.

how do you feed your RTC's with shrimp? With shell or deshelled?

50/50 here also. I find that when you start to feed bigger cats dozens of shrimp they will digest the insides of the shells and the shells will compact in the stomach and creat a blockage. It's too hard for the to digest the shells when there are so many and they might get sick in the water.

deshell and make smooth slice and rip up the poop "pipe-line"..

mine gets around 7 whole shrimp a night, i leave half a shell on 4..make sure you take the tail spike off if your going to feed the whole shell.
