Not that long, I'd say like probably a month now

Yeah I am feeding it Cichlid pellets. Specifically this one

Where would I get the treatment from? Will any petstore have them? And yes it is, I thought it was an abnormally long white poo

They do sell medicine such as Paraguard, Metronidazole at some lps.
