I have a Jungle Lynx\Jungle Cat. I call him Mr.Waylon, he weighs in at 18lbs, was the runt of the litter, his brothers are between 25-30lbs, his dad was 29lbs. Reason I got him was I had a lab and there was a 30lb weight limit in dogs, but not on cats so said I'll get a big cat. He never got that big though. Before this cat I had a Maine Coon but she wasn't that big, was 12lbs, all Coons don't get as big as the ones posted in this thread, they vary a lot depending in lineage. Waylon is a F3, but still very much wild. He makes this weird growling sound at night, freaked me out when I first got him 8 years ago. He runs through the house, bouncing off the wall literally, making many kinds of weird noises that I have never heard any other regular type of cat make. As with a lot of cats, especially ones that aren't that domesticated yet, I need to show him whose boss when he wants to try me. But other than that, he is a big purr machine and wants to be with you all day and all night and he loves to be outside in the fenced back yard. I had another one which was a Highland Sealpoint Lynx with poly feet but sold it, he was weird, something wasn't right about it and was much bigger than Waylon at 25lbs so I traded him for a 210 gallon full setup with a 16" Tig and 14" Goldy Pleco
About the cat litter, that stuff is useless and a waste of money. Cat's have strong smelling urine. I tried many cat litters but the smell of ammonia was strong and I wasn't having that and I only have one cat. I also hated the dust with all those chemicals, etc. not good for the cat or myself. So I found horse bedding at Tractor Supply, I think 40lb bags for around $6. They are pine pellets. No smell whatsoever of ammonia. When its wet it breaks down do somewhat of a dust but very easy to clean. For his litter box I use the biggest tote at Walmart. One bag lasts me 2 months and I clean his box every Sunday before garbage day and no smell. You all should give that a try, its cheaper, cleaner and healthier.
