Mangrove lighting question.

Obviously, I want these to grow as fast as possible. Should I leave the lights on all the time, or run normal cycles? I have it in a tub, no fish to stress out.

Hey Ewurm... You could ask me LOL

How about adding fish to increase the food going to the ROOTS? That always helps with plant growth.
More light does obviously speed up growth, but plants, like us, need to rest, to .. well... rest up. If the lights are on constantly, they are working constantly, never resting, and this results in a weaker plant (but faster growing)
If you want to try it, give them a few days of constant, then a few days of regular cycling - That probably will give you the best results.

One is starting a new sprout, so I would say well. I'll pick up a couple Damsels to put in there and get some nitrates going.
