I am looking to buy one if I can fine a cheap 55/75 gallon setup (tank with solid wood stand).
The used tank will go in the basement since I do not want to shell out 1,500+ dollars for a high quality 75 gallon tank and stand from a custom aquarium shop for the first floor.
Will the SRD flowerhorn be happy in 75-77 degree water temperature ? 82 degrees seems too high for me in terms of their potential lifespan and electric bill.
I currently have a 75 gallon tank with 2 severums kept at 75 degrees. They appear to grow slower compared to when I kept severums 20 years ago at 78 degrees.
