The other day i got a common pleco and he hasnt moved from the corner of my tank. He does move a little but i heard that they usually dont stay in one spot. He also has not been eating the algae wafers. I have to get some fruits and vegetables but i havent had time yet so ive just been giving him the wafers for now. BTW he is still alive he does move a little but not much and i was wondering if someone could help me.

Most plecos are nocturnal. If you watch the tank when the lights are out, I'm sure he's all over the place.

Perfectly normal behavior. A lot of them will pic a spot to hang out during the day.
