what you want is a test kit that will read nitrates, preferably with test for ammonia,nitrite and nitrates. the nitrate cycle starts with ammonia, this is converted to nitrite. then nitrite to nitrate. if you can not get anything else, get a kit that atleast reads nitrate, once a tank is cycled nitrate creep tells you when you need to water change, in your case, it will let you know your tank is cycled.
