Need Ray ID'S, possible mantilla

I have a friend whos really big up on his rays, he has some marble motoro, nice rectics and some true flower rays on order.

He ordered in a pair of Marmota rays , Marble rays. Thy sent wt looks like 2 species both males, one is a marble the other he is unsure of he thinks a possible mantilla. Also they came in from a german importer like this any idea's?

both just look like cheap brown peru sp. rays mate or humerosa variants. Sometimes the first ray is labled as yepezi but is not one just a peru sp.

Thats first one looks like a Paraguay sp..

The other is just another hybrid.. Mantillas are hybrids too.. So you can call it a mantilla if you want to..

Thanks guys these arent mine if i didnt make it clear, they arent as dark as that its just how my camera brings out the colouration.

They are just normal rays..
Interesting about the mantilla being a hybrid fish ?
Where is the information on this coming from ?
I have a mantilla 20" female that was imported from Brazil .
Is it speculative or is there scientific proof of this ?
I would be interested also in knowing the parentage that makes the fish so orange ,because I dont know of any two fish that would make this colour ?

Sometimes when you cross ray species, you get a pup that will turn out like yours. Only a few out of mabye 100 pups will look like that. But it happens.
Just look at the asian market.
Tons of "mantilla" rays.

Thats not your mantilla I dunno where Tain is but that mantilla was in a sump tank in a Maidenhead Aquatic store in Buckinghamshire in the UK the pups you see swimming behind it are the pups from that ray and a motoro.

The first pic is what gets imported as a puma cat ray. Don't know about the second one though.
