Piece of crap Jebao wave maker

I decided to give the powerhead a good cleaning with vinegar and that temporarily solved the problem. The powerhead worked, I went to bed, and woke up to it not working. Amazon won't do anything because it is too old. The seller (CNZ Lighting) told me to try and diagnose it on my own. If I cannot fix, I can pay to ship it back. Tried calling them again but looks like they changed their number and I can't really get hold of them. Guess I am crap out of luck
