      Here are some picture of an extremely neat Pink Pacu. I had never heard of them before until recently. The Pink Pacu are at the bottom of the link posted here.:grinno:

      They have got the body structure of a giant Myleus schomburgkii.

      Never heard of them before but they look alot cooler than the pacu you usually see

      They are extremely neat looking. Some of the individuals look red on their entire body.

      Actually this last Jeremy Wade show is what inspire my fast research of this species. I found some pictures however I want to locate a scientific name and a description with more information about the species.

      I just ran a google search and this thread is top of the list of information about Pink Pacu. Seems there is not much information about these guys at all. More possibly though this species could be a relatively newly described species.

      look at the pic (white guy & glasses) -- looks bloody red!! very nice.

      man, wish I had the resources to go to the amazons & find new species of fish.... I'm dreaming now..

      I grabbed a few screen shots of the scene where he caught the Pink Pacu.
