Not sure if you guys will see it in the vid. But the heterospilus is eating and acting fine. But it looks like his anus is swollen and reddish.

Any ideas ?

If the epsom salt soaked pellets do not work, it could be a nematode infestation that has taken hold. Callamanus will first show itself as a red swollen vent with no loss of appetite as the symptom. If the fish has been treated with Parasite Guard or General Cure in the past (as well ass the other fish in the tank), I would try levamisole treatment.

Thanks rock. Would the poop look white and stringy ? So far i havent noticed any.

Also if it is an infestation im thinking i would have to treat the whole tank right ?

All fish were treated with parasite gaurd when first purchased
