Nitrite into nitrate, can happen very fast. If the bacteria are present.
If your pH is low, this will be a problem, arm an hammer, yellow box, baking poweder., 1 TSP to 30 gallons will bump your pH up by .30 apx.
A high pH media, crushed coral, will help long term. Unless your keeping soft water fish.
Regular water changes with tap water will keep the PH up also.

If I have bacteria wont my ammonia will be 0? Hopefully 7.0 ph water will make my ammonia gone. I'm waiting 24 hr before testing the water.

Yes and No
Yes, ammonia will be 0.
No, If don't have enough Bacteria to consume all ammonia then you will have to wait few days until your BB catch up then ammonia will be 0

Well.
Their are different strains of bacteria. For a normal nitrogen cycle, you need 3 specific bacterial colonies.
And a anaerobic strain to break down nitrate into nitrogen gas.

alright tested my nitrate and tested my ammonia at the same time.

My nitrate is at 5ppm and ammonia still at 0ppm I guess my problem is solved now. just need to do a 90% or 85% water change if 50% don't work.

Did you test your tap water for nitrate? It's pretty common in areas where there are farms.
