Hi! What peacocks should I get to stock my 75 gals

I already have 1 dragon blood, 1 ruby red and 1 baenschi.

12-15 fish should be enough. Problem is finding that many peacocks that don't resemble each other. Maybe add a few smaller haps?

What do you mean don't resemble each other? Is that mean I cannot get a peacock with similar color and patterns?

You don't want peacocks that look the same, such as blue face/yellow body. They will see each other as competition and constantly fight. Another example is your fragonblood and strawberry.
