Tire track eel and Yoyo loach?

Hi guys, I wanna move my 8" eel in a 125 g tank, but there are already a few fish in like angelfish and livebearers, my main concern tho is my semi aggressive yoyo loach, i dont want him to get injured because hes my oldest fish. Both are semi aggressive so i dont know if they work out together, if not possible, I have a 45g ready to set up to put all them in there.

Loaches are community fish. They should never be kept alone.

there used to be a few, but he's the only one left. Idk if I introduce small yoyo loaches, he might harass them because of size difference?

I would assume the opposite. He would assert his authority and be the senior in the group. Should calm him down.
