Not quite done yet. 2/3rds cooked. Just filled the crown rack with apple, almond, pistachio stuffing. Now it's going back in the oven for another hour before our feast. There's nearly 15 pounds of food. So, anyone with an appetite just come on over and ring the bell.

Made breakfast this morning for 5. Total of 10 sausage mcmuffins a pound of bacon and around 50 pieces of fried kolbassa

Dinner was nothing special but I did make these for dessert. Grilled donuts topped with ice cream. My son said they weren't complete without the sprinkles.

So I'll share a simple recipe...... Either fry some chicken breast or grill some steak(marinated in rum or beer or coke or whatever you like).........next put tortillas in oven4 minutes or so while doing this cut meat avocado and bacon, pull tortillas out add meat n stuff, njoy
