I am just starting to learn self control so i am proud of you to learn it early on.... i do not go to lfs anymore so i am not tempted and when i need to go i walk in get what i need and walk out.. i do not want to see any skinny fish, and monsters that need a home, or any unusal types that are facinating to own... not right now anyway..
It can be really hard sometimes. I try not to go to the LFS, either. I'm having a hard time holding back on this elong piranha, but I know I have to wait till next month to get it.

Cool Any up dates on the marble hope things go better for it then with your Jur hope he pulls through
Tail is healing and it's eating well, but it doesn't move out of the corner very much. Shouldn't be too long before it joins the bigger fish in the 210. I put my 6" marbled "goby" in the 210 and no one has eaten it and there is a bichir in there that is over twice its size.
According the the two new RedTails in my baby tank... Still NO SELF CONTROL WHAT SO EVER HERE!!!!
Well... actually SOME Self control... They also had 2 12" TSN's really CHEAP and one had some damage to his left front fin. But after using my self control... and realizing that they would get eatten in the big tank... or eat the smaller ones in the medium tanks...anyway...didn't get them.. (not that I've not considered opening a new tank for them
