That's my cousin. Actually it's my wife's cousin's husband. Just easier to call him my cousin. He's like 5' 5" or 5' 7". We always called him a leprechan so my wife made that suit for him. We went all over the place dressed like that. We even went into Denny's and river danced. That was before we started drinking.
