that is the only pic i could get and this was just by luck i found it on the net

there was a name like Calophysus macropterus on the tank along with others like PIMELODIDAE / Shovelnose but i cant find nout on them or there is none that looks like them

Calophysus macropterus perhaps? A large predatory catfish that will eat just about anything, and try to eat just about everything. Don't see this fish for sale very often ... at least not in the USA. It is a pimelodid. But no shovelnose ...

If you have a tank in excess of 120-150 gallons with other large fish give it a shot. Like other large pimelodids (RTC, TSN et al.) it is lots of BIG fun!

Where is this lfs at and how much are they???? I've been looking for one of these for a while now. They're supposed to max out at aabout 16" - 18", perfect for my 200...

the fish shop is in Bournemouth (u.k LoL)
and they are marked up at £25 each and about 8 - 10inches (there are 2)
