We kill animals and eat meat for survival. I don't see the maid eating all 29 arowanas

Not all of us kill and eat animals.

I may have different opinions, but I think taking an animal's life should get the same punishment as taking a human life.
This lady, should be in jail for at least 15-20 years, and then pay the fine when she gets out.

yes,,, i totally want all my taxes going to keeping irresponsible pet owners..and people who kill fish in jail...wow like 95% of petsmart/petco/big chain store shoppers could go to jail for 10+ years...just think of how much money all those private jails could make.... allot more than this sill drug war!!!!

no though i believe they should be punished...but not like they are murdering a human, i hate people who are cruel or harm animals with out reason...I eat meat but the thought of causing an animal undue pain and suffering sickens me....but saying they should be tried for murder is silly

large fines paid to the owner of the pets should be paid...the loss of the animal emotional distress and the person should be banned from owning pets.

29 fish will never be equal to a man... 29 fish is a big meal. A man is the one who consumes that big meal! So, killing 29 fish is mischief, because it's going to take a man a long time to consume them. Killing a man is murder, because all 29 fish will go to waste!

I think allot of people on here eat meat so your statement seems silly. And if you want to then argue, "but your eating it so it isn't murder" well why not eat people so you can avoid the murder charge? Hannibal would have never gone to jail.

Well for one thing, those Arowanas are endangered. Two, she poisoned them just to get at the owner.

OMG dude, my GF's friend said about killing all her husband's African Victorians, "Yeah, he pissed me off so I killed all his fishes." She let her son run around my apartment throwing toys into my tank too. That woman didn't care, so I said to my GF not to have people with kids that don't get watched and disciplined come over anymore.

Also my sister-in-law got 1 of my bro's fish and chopped it up, but they said she used the blunt end and didn't use much force but did mangle the fish. I recently asked about my bro's Arowana and he kinda just said, "I don't have him anymore" and looked like he was uncomfortable about the question so I figured that was the fish.

She should have just stolen and re-sold the the arownas ( or given them away). That would have harmed the person she was angry at and spared the innocent arowanas.
