That is amazing they survived all that time... although i guess with the moss and being outside they had plenty of algae to graze on?

But with that being said i'm also surprised the warm weather didn't kill them? or were they some what shaded the whole time and out of the sun?
The moss are all dead in there due to the water turned brownish and can't realy see the bottom at all.

But got a lot of floating plants in it. Sunlight do hit the box everyday and pretty long.

^ How warm would you guess the water in that bucket was? coz i know cherries can stand a bit more heat compared to CRS, but just really surprised to hear that they could last in a bucket for that long with the direct light and everything else...

I didn't really measure the temp but I'm sure it's hovering around 30'C

interesting... really surprises me sometimes to see what temps cherry reds can stand... especially in a bucket / tank with no food and water changes..

Still got some more but they are all out of my camera focus range....

Your fire reds are looking really good... colors are nice and solid, and i'm sure with red legs you must be happy...

So which do you prefer more, the Fire Reds / Sakuras or your CRS?
